Tanologist Self-Tan Drops - Medium, Face Tanning Drops, 0.50 Fl Oz

I was using a spray with a mitt which worked ok but when I reorded it was taking so long I thought I'd try this. Love it! No streaks, easy to apply and it last much longer. It just looks more like a natural tan. When the other arrived they said I couldn't return even though the box hadn't even been opened. I'm just glad I found something that works so much better and it's cheaper 😊

The drops work great and are very convenient. I add the drops to my favorite lotion for a natural-looking tan. No smell, and the tan is natural without the orange look.

Really like this self tanner with my lotion. The medium isn’t too dark, but you can use extra if needed. Didn’t leave me orange or streaky.

This works! I applied straight without diluting in lotion or anything. I did apply a tanning oil immediately over the top to blend and diffuse the product a bit. Whew! So glad I did. It took a few hours to start developing, but then continued for the next 10 hrs. I was starting to panic! I will dilute and apply with more discretion next time. I love it though, and would purchase again. I already had a pretty good base tan and this product rendered a fantastic finish.

It gives a really natural glowy look! When I facetimed my sister after using it for the first time she said my skin looks great and healthy without even knowing it was a fake tan🤪 I did try rubbing it in with bath & bodyworks lotion without pre-mixing at first, just mixing in my hands, and it was streaky in spots but that's my bad. Now I mix it in a small cup first and then apply everywhere and it works great

It’s effective and gives a subtle warming to my yellow undertone/ olive skin with one to two drops mixed into a moisturizer. I only use it on my face, but for the life of me I can’t figure out how high concentrated color stain made it to the bottom of my feet and random splotch on my arm. I assume I wasn’t as controlled with the drops as I thought , which can be a bit concerning. However the soles of my feet benefited from the intense scrubbing. Therefore, I prefer the gradual tan building lotions over this for the ease of control and for the purpose of warming my complexion as opposed to darkening. But, i’ll give 3 stars as it only faintly smells like tanner and truly a little bit goes a long way.

these are pretty good! not super orange as long as you don’t use too many drops. i typically do 3-4, usually 3 is good. they last like 2-3 days i would say before i have to do it again which is pretty good. i haven’t noticed any streaks or anything, but make sure to blend into your hairline and eyebrows!!

For reference, I have fair/medium skin, loads of freckles, and a medium tan (I swim year-round). I also have mild rosacea and very sensitive skin. I've been using this product for about 6 weeks and find that it works best when I've already been in the sun, have some sun exposure going on. When I haven't had sun for a day or 2 the product doesn't seem to have much benefit for me. To use it, I mix it with my moisturizer (2 or 3 drops). If I use more than 3 drops my face definitely turns yellowish in patches and that is not attractive. An advantage is that it doesn't irritate my skin. I doubt I'll purchase Tanologist again; maybe would try it in winter when I don't have the tan I have during summer. I wish I could get a darker tan without the weird yellow.
