I was really not counting on my ability to install this lock myself, but I did it, and it works perfectly! It matches my existing door knob and it looks great on my newly painted black door!It's not the heaviest quality lock in the world, but it's definitely beautiful, solid for the money, easy to install, and the price wasn't outrageous.Coming from a Walmart product, I wasn't sure what to expect, and with my abilities with electronics and home improvements I wasn't sure I'd be able to manage this myself, but the instructions were great. The one place I got stuck, I found a YouTube video from the company which helped me in an instant!I like that it has a key and a keypad so that we don't always have to use the buttons, and in case the batteries die. Make sure you put alkaline batteries in it, which is what it calls for, because that's supposed to help them hold up over colder weather months and not drain as quickly as non-alkaline batteries. We've used it well over 50 times over a few weeks with regular batteries in fall and hot weather, and it's working, but I'm switching to alkaline for the winter and long-term.If you need something easy to install and you want it quickly I would go with it.Remember that with these sometimes you have to pull and hold the handle from the outside until the deadbolt locks. I wasn't surprised, as this is common, even with more expensive ones I've used on other homes.

This was very easy to install and it’s so convenient! It’s easy to add/delete new codes in the app for temporary house guests. I have it set so I get a notification every time the door is locked or unlocked. This might not be practical for everyone, but as we mostly use our garage this is ideal for us. We also have the lock set to automatically lock after a couple minutes (you can pick the time) which makes me feel good knowing I can never forget to lock the door! The only time this gets annoying is when people frequently come and go (like loading the car) but it’s a feature you can easily turn off in the app. You can also lock and unlock the door from the app. We’ve had it for several months and so far have had no issues with WiFi or battery.

I replaced a rickety lock that wasn't installed properly and had many issues with it. Went with this sleek Smart Lock and couldn't be happier. I live alone so now friends and family can enter the house with just a Passcode should they ever need to check in on me. It really was simple and the instructions explained everything you need to know how to install and setup. Love it!

Great looking smart lock! Easy to install, took about 25 min or so. Great features, modern looking and sleek. Auto lock feature is great and app controlled as well.My only con, is the app is a little glitchy while setting it up, even when your phone is right upon the lock. But only a few times. I had to delete the pre stored key fobs and re store them. Minor issue, the app overall seems to work fine. Great lock!
