This book has been a great review of what I read and studied many years ago. Walden is a free thinking wonder.

Written in a dense old fashioned style which takes some deciphering, text is small, but what I have read reveals profound wisdom

The book came in slightly folded and smelled like cake. The size of it was much too big while the font was a little too small in my opinion. Although Self Reliance is there, the only other essays included are Thoreau and other less relevant essays. There were also two 'orations' added at the beginning. Whoever put this book sort of haphazardly picked out and threw Emerson's random works together in a word document with no presentation or style whatsoever. Anyone have self published a much better version of this in a day.It does have Self Reliance, although in poor presentation, so I will give it 2 stars.

This is a great book full of life-changing, timeless advice. It arrived in perfect condition and I am very happy with my experience, I will order again!
