I've had my Ingeniuso diffuser for a little over a year and absolutely love the presentation as it sits on my kitchen counter room divider diffusing the variety of essential oils I have. The colors changing with its star bursting design is so interesting and is a conversation starter at times. The quality is excellent. The top is glass so fragile and should be handled properly to avoid breakage. The base is lightweight and marked to allow the proper amount of water. I find that mine stays on for at least 3-4 hours if I only press the first button on the left of the base one time. If the water dries out, it turns off by itself but leaves the base light on red to remind me to turn it off. The diffuser globe and base come packaged very well and easily a nice gift. Customer service is awesome and when I inquired about replacing my globe if broken I was assured they have parts available. They were quick to respond to my email and eager to please. I will definitely keep this vendor in mind for additional diffuser purchases and possible gifts.

UPDATE---5/1/18 Has stopped working after infrequent use since Christmas when I received it as a gift. If you happened to find the gold card at the bottom of the box, you might have registered your product for the massive 120 day warranty---obviously the company that sells them knows they are cheaply made. Since I never saw the card, my diffuser is a useless paperweight. The instructions that come with it are also pretty worthless. I emailed the company with questions and they sent me an "pdf version" of the same instructions, which didn't answer my original questions! It's nice that when you click on the "warranty link" on the amazon product page, it refers you to the company, i.e. so you don't know what a piece of crud you're wasting your money on!Jan 2018-This makes such lovely colors and reminds me of a firework display. The diffuser is quiet and effective. Adds just the perfect touch to my calm space.

I ordered the “long” diffuser, not completely sure if that was the one I was hoping for, and it was. I received the diffuser that is round at the bottom like a sphere, and has a narrow vase-like neck at the top.I absolutely love this thing! It’s beautiful, truly. Whether it’s turned on, and the lights are going, or off, and it looks like a beautiful mirrored gazing ball, it’s very sleek and gorgeous. It works well, quickly diffusing whatever essential oils I am in the mood for, and it automatically shuts off when it runs out of water. I also like that it has two timer options (1 hour and 2 hour), to turn itself off at night or if I just want some quick fragrance in the house, or I can leave it running all day if I choose.I’m planning to buy at least one more for another room of my home. This will also make such a great gift for my oil-loving friends and family.

Absolutely beautiful addition to our home - it is mesmerizing to watch as the colors cycle through, or can be set to one color combo at a time. The water fill/capacity is great -- keeps the aroma oils diffusing for hours! One note: when rec'd, my base worked perfectly for 1 use, then failed. I reached out to the vendor's customer service and was absolutely blown away -- they worked quickly to resolve my issue, swiftly sent a replacement base, and sent follow up emails to make sure I received the replacement and that everything was working ok. Now the unit works beautifully, and again - kudos to the vendor for amazing service recovery and outstanding customer service!

I just received mine today. I was very excited, but kind of impatient like a kid because I don't own any essential oils yet and I figured I have to wait until I'm off this weekend to purchase some before I could use my new diffuser. However much to my surprise when I opened the box in a much smaller teal box there was a small vile of essential oil. Yay! I thought that was so considerate of the sellers to supply you with your first oil to use in case you had none. Now as for the use...I've only been using it for 30 minutes, but it was very easy to understand the directions and really didn't require any assembling at all. Basically all you had to do is poor in the water and few drops of oil, plug it in, the end. My house smells nice already. I'm quite pleased. My pet rabbit is enchanted with the beautiful colors. I'd like to order another just for my bed room. I do wish the price was slightly lower though it seems expensive compared to others that are quite similar on amazon which run about $20 cheaper with very similar lighting effect. That's the only reason I didn't give it the 5th star it's not at all competitively priced.

Most of the surface looks shiny silver (with a touch of yellow-ish near the top) until you are close - then you can see that it has faint yellow spots (easier to see in these photos if you pinch to enlarge). It’s not dirt, but artifact caused by the method used to create the “stars” pattern. Lightweight, buttons not intuitive, but easily learned, quiet, has auto shutoff. While the colors change (unless you set it to stay on one color), the light pattern is fixed - the “stars” do not move. Some instructions printed on the outside of the box are easier to understand than those in the included manual. The manual we received had obviously gotten wet at some point, which makes us wonder if had been a return. We don't really care, but I would not have been happy if it had been purchased as a gift.
