Would not be without it

I take only 3 tablets and it helps me sleep great. Feel good upon wake up and ready to go. No side effects that i can think off.

I made me sleep within an hour or more but I slept through the night and was still able to wake up to empty my bladder and go back to sleep. The first use left me feeling a little groggy for over an hour. However, the more time has passed I am feeling very good and refreshed in the morning. This is great stuff!

Taking this product gives me solid deep rest.
