AVANI Deep Cleansing Mud Facial Gel

I have been using this product for about 10 years, and I love it. Honestly, if you are prone to acne or blackheads, you might want something a bit more aggressive (paired with an oil-free moisturizer), but if you're looking for something gentle, this is great. I put a dollop on the soft side of a Body Puff (by Buff Puff), wash my face, then flip the puff over to the rougher side and wash my whole body. The salts in this product leave my skin soft and and do not dry it like other cleansers. I use far less lotion now because my skin is happier. And a bottle lasts quite a while, so it feels worth the price. Definitely recommend!

I’ve loved and used this facial cleansing gel for years and just received a new batch. It now smells like cheap men’s cologne, it leaked in transport so it’s half empty, and is thinner and soapier than it used to be. I can’t imagine why this company would change this particular formula when it was so perfect? All of these corporations out there that don’t understand how important client loyalty is will soon know when we all stop buying their cheapened products. This is such a shame that Avani has gone this route. I hope they reach out to me and make this right. There’s no return info on my order so in the garbage this goes. Shame…

Cleanse face with this product morning and evening. Gently removed makeup and oils but is soothing to my skin. Have used Avani products for years and am more than satisfied.

I like all Avani products. They are exceptional. The mud bar and this cleanser do an excellent job of cleaning my skin without drying it. A little seems to go a long way so it is reasonable price wise. I recommend trying it at least. IF you do not like itm, don't buy it again. I find the Dead Sea Minerals to be very effective.

Really like this cleanser but I only use it occasionally because it is REALLY HARD to squeeze out of the bottle. Really hard. Like I have to focus on squeezing it. Once you get to the bottom I almost need 2 hands to squeeze and get it out. Won't be reordering for this reason only.

, Hello i am Filipina live in United states i love avani dead sea,the seller is so fast shipping ,and i thank them ,hope have more avani more discount , i don't trust anymore ebay ,i was buying avani deep cleansing but i wonder why it's differ the smell and more bubbles,i think they change liquid ,actually it was bidding ,i won ,it cost 11 dollar plus free avani soap ...so bad it's fake liquid avani not plastic i notice its differs the smell ,bubbles ,not like before i purchase from amazon,smooth and effective ... more power

I just bought this facial gel. Since I have not used it for long, I cannot comment in its long time effects.For now, I find it okay. It is a gentle cleanser, my sking feels clean afterwards but I cannot say it is a deep cleaning since it's not a scrub. It cleans the surface of your skin but to say is a deep cleanser I don't feel it's correct.I think the product is good but the name is misleading.

This product is really great. It gets the dirt out and it's gentle on my skin. You need a moisturizer after which I like because I feel like I have a clean face and I put the good stuff back into my skin. I have bought the toner, serum, moisturizer day and night and the peel. Great line. My husband used the peel when he had really bad dry skin and wanted to remove the dead skin.

I would give this a 2.5. First of all, it is definately not or does it seem to have anything to do with mud. It is a very odd texture though as it is a gel, but very jello like consistency that doesn't lather very well. I feel like you need to dispense a lot more product than you should have to for it to feel like a soap and that leads me to think it is not very concentrated and is most likely the reason I usually wash my face with this cleanser twice, cause it doesn't quite feel like the first time was sufficient. If you have sensitive skin then this "deep" cleanser may be for you. I got one for both me and my mom for xmas and I didn't even end up gifting it to her because it would be a bad gift... thank God that I scored these at just over 7$ each, or I would actually bother to return them. I would have hated myself if I had paid the regular price and with that said, I still wouldn't re order this at the $7 price point. Not for me but that is the beauty of beauty products... you never know and it's always fun trying out new stuff- good or bad. P.s- I have worked as a esthetician/hairstylist & MUA for over 10 years so my reviews of such products are very critical but I can't help it Haha.

I am 52 years old and I have never used a cleanser as good as this. It TRULY is good for any skin type- from adolescent break out zone to older dry sensitive. It cleans well, restores balance in your skin and feels great. I have used this for 6 years and highly recommend.It came fast, packaging is great- protected but not wasteful. Love the bottle- easy to get just a few drops as that's all you need.Ten years later, still using it

I was actually surprised how much I like this cleanser, at first I thought it looked like a hand cleanser because of the pearly appearance of it but it removes every last bit of face/eye makeup I have on with no irritation at all. My only thought is that people with dry skin may find it too drying, I have combination skin and have no problem using it. Also, the price was quite low compared to other cleansers I’ve used. I’m quite happy with this :)

Excellent product. It is refreshing to the skin and does a miracle deep cleansing to my face. Black heads on my nose were gone and freckles on my face seemed to be fading off. My skin looks healthier and radiant looking. I will absolutely use this product again.

There's something wonderful about product that has the Dead Sea minerals in it. I used to use the Seacret line but I couldn't find it anymore and on line it was outrageously expensive so I thought I would try this line. So far I love it. Great value and makes my skin feel great!
