Totally wasted my time and energy on replacing the product.I am completely satisfied with the product for the level of cooling and it's build quality except the noise level. Blower is bit noisy at higher modes when compared to other models with fan, but for me it was tenable at low speed. I have received a manufacturing defect product but had an okay type of experience.The airflow is very good (8/10)The cooling effect is kind of not that good, especially in the humidity area (5/10)Cooling is very good for one person (or two) but not more (4/10)The Ice tray is a good option for more cooling (8/10)Overpriced as per the size, features, and quality, at the same cost you can get a better cooler in the local market (4/10)Overall, I am not that much satisfied with the performance as per the price

I tried this water cooler, and honestly, it’s a bit disappointing. The fan does give off more air, which might seem impressive at first, but when it comes to actual cooling performance, it’s not great. Compared to 3-sided pad water air coolers, this one falls short.If you’re looking for strong cooling performance, especially like what you’d get from a 3-sided pad cooler, this isn’t the right choice. It just blows more air, but doesn’t deliver the effective cooling you’d expect from a proper water-based system. I wouldn’t recommend this for anyone who’s serious about cooling—go for a 3-sided pad cooler instead.
