WiltonRecipe Right Covered Muffin Pan

This is a perfect size. I had another cupcake pan and it was just a bit too deep and just a smidge too wide so my cupcake cups would sink down and would make my cupcake liners bunch ever so slightly. This one fits all my cupcake liners perfectly. It also feels sturdy and heats evenly. I haven't baked in it without liners, so I don't know how well the non-stick feature works out, but it still looks great after I've made about 6 batches of cupcakes in it.The cover fits perfectly and makes it easy to transport the cupcakes without having to buy a separate cupcake cover/transporter that would take up valuable kitchen space.I'll be buying more of these, because the quality is very nice, I bake cupcakes and muffins quite often, and I've always seen this at a great price.

I started just a month ago with a small business of cupcakes, I always liked baking ! of course I needed a way to transport the muffins without getting all the frosting get damaged but I didn't want something so expensive (there are other bigger options out there) because it is just a home made business and I'm not sure if i will keep on this in the future so i didn't want to spend so much money. I decided this was the best option for the moment and I'm very glad I picked it! :) The recipient is very nice, sturdy and the cover stays in place and have enough depth to make nice decorations without spoiling them. Very glad with my purchase so far:)

I bought two muffin pans and have used them quite a bit as I frequently make cupcakes. The price is phenomenal considering it comes with a lid as well, and the quality is great. The pans are very sturdy. I always use cupcake liners, but even when I get batter on the pan, it comes off incredibly easily. I would definitely recommend these to a friend.

This Muffin pan is a great size; it won't make giant muffins, but it won't make minis. Perfect size. I love the lid. It will make transporting muffins and cupcakes to the office a cinch! Also consider this if you have children in Kindergarten; when you need to bring in cupcakes for that birthday, this will be perfect; plus it's non-stick, so no little tears over a torn cupcake! Love it. :)

Works really well for transporting and storing cupcakes and cleans up easily. I also like that you can store the cupcake pan in the lid to save on cupboard space. My only complaint is that I wish the lid were about 1/2" taller. If you hand frost you're probably okay for height, but using pipe frosting the frosting hits the top a little. It doesn't mess it up too much, but the cupcakes no longer look perfect.

Wonderful pans and lids, bought 3 and will purchase 1 more. Great size, non stick and lids fit great on pans. Even held up to Florida humidity, keeping sugar art from melting overnight! I worked in a French bakery for years and have plenty of experience with pans and tins.

The tin will bake your cupcakes evenly and whole up over time but I found that putting my cupcakes back into the tin after decorating them was a bad idea. It was difficult to get them out without messing up the frosting/design. The cupcakes sit too deep into the mold. Therefore I would recommend Wilton cupcake tin but the this set as a storage/travel system. I would purchase a different product to transport my decorated cupcakes.

I really like Wilton pans. The non-stick is great. But I did not give this pan 5 stars because it has a light metal finish. I make muffins a lot and had a Wilton cupcake pan with a lid at home before I purchased this one. I needed an additional pan so it would cut off 1/2 my cooking time by eliminating refilling my muffin pan and cooking the remaining batter. I also wanted to have a lid for storage. I did notice the finish on the cupcake pan at home was darker, but I did not realize light and dark finishes cook differently. I put the pans in the oven at the same time and temperature and this pan (light finish) cooks the muffins darker. It is not burnt, but you can definitely taste the darkness on the muffin. It is not too much of an issue for me that I won't use this muffin pan (because it does cut my cooking time in 1/2 due to the amount of muffins I make at a time), but I go for my darker metal finished muffin pan first. And if I would have know, I probably would not have bought this pan.So it is a good muffin pan. The non-stick is good. But I would have preferred a muffin pan with a darker metal finish.

Nulla da dire di negativo! Teglia robusta! Si può anche infornare senza cospargere il burro sulla teglia, perché non resta attaccato davvero nulla! Fantastica! La ricomprerei sicuramente. Consigliatissima

J'avais déjà des plaques à muffins Wilton. Elles sont super :- le métal est plutôt épais, lourd donc a priori solide- le revêtement anti-adhésif est bon, ceci dit j'utilise quasiment toujours des caissettes en papier quand je m'en sers (question de présentation, pas de rapport avec les qualité anti-adhésives du moule)- le plus de cette référence : le couvercle en plastique !C'est vraiment pratique car on peut transporter et empiler les plaques remplies. En revanche pas de poignée donc il faudra quand même le mettre dans un cabas ou tenir à la main. Le système d'accroche est très basique de toute façon (voir photo 3 ci-dessous : ça se clipse) mais ça suffit !Pour information : ce couvercle s'adapte uniquement sur la plaque à muffins de taille normale, pas les minis.On peut retourner le couvercle et le clipser par le dessous (voir photo 4 ci-dessous : gain de place, et présentation plus jolie)En résumé, il ne faut pas s'attendre à un vrai set de transport, mais pour quelques euros de plus que la plaque seule, je recommande sans hésiter !!

This is just the best muffin pan i've ever owned. it's not just the muffin pan cooking itself, it's the cover that fits it and becomes a travelling tray. great idea. pack the cupcakes on it and they're good to go an well covered. loved it. Recommend it

Je fais beaucoup de patisserie pour mon entourage et je cherchais une plaque à muffins pour remplacer la mienne, trop petite et très tachée...Celle-ci est extra: facile à entretenir et de la taille idéale pour les muffins/cupcakes. De plus le couvercle permet de les conserver dans le même conteneur donc : moins de vaisselle, toujours un bonus !!!! Je recommande vivement.
