Quality replacement, but definitely stiffer
Broke both Omega Springs in my Benchmade Bugout. Limped along for a while on one, but after 5 years, she finally gave up the ghost.Contacted Benchmade and they refused to send replacement (was hoping because I also needed a body screw they would be willing to throw on in). Rather than risk my knife to the mail carriers, I decided to just buy a replacement. Lots of options here on Amazon and I chose this product basically at random. At over a dollar a spring it seems a bit spendy, but then I realize at my current rate of usage, these 4 sets will last me at least 8 years across my four different compatible models and $1/yr is a fine price. No issues with them fitting or breaking. I really tried hard to compress and stretch one before installing to make sure these weren't duds and these stood up. I will say that they are noticeably stiffer than even new Benchmade Omega Springs. That could be a good thing or a bad thing depending on your preference. For me, it makes it so I have to be much more precise on my timing when trying to drop shut with the axis lock because if you let go too early it slow the blade before being fully closed. Likewise, thumb flicking requires much more energy and attention to direction. If you like a looser action, then maybe not the best for you, but then again you can always just install one spring.Happy with my purchase, but wanted to give fuller notes on my experience for those like me who might be looking at lots of different options on Amazon and trying to make a decision. I recommend these but encourage buyers to know they are a bit stiffer and to plan accordingly.

Broke in half a year
Broke in half a year. At least they came in 4 pairs but I doubt they'll last long.

No issues at all with Ozark Trail 2022 knife
No issues at all. Used these to replace the springs on two Ozark Trail axis lock knives... the WalMart 2022 holiday special. I did have to stretch out the springs just a little but that's no big deal. The Ozark Trail factory / OEM springs are way too stiff, and they crack / break after just a month. These work just fine.
