In my attempt to lose weight, I put whey protein powder, plain yogurt, water and frozen berries into a blender. I add one Visalus banana or strawberry flavored packet and I blend the ingredients together. This combination makes for a filling and satisfying protein shake which I have for breakfast most mornings. I generally eat steamed vegetables with cheddar cheese for lunch and meat or fish and veggies for dinner, and I have a low sugar snack later in the evening. I find this regimen has helped me to lose weight.

This flavor packet was delicious. I highly recommend using for an occasional treat. Tastes like a strawberry milkshake.

Tastes like nestle quick strawberry mix, I recommend it for use when fresh fruit is not an option. Like on the road or when you just use water because of outdoor activity.

I love these packets. I am very rushed in the morning. I fill up a small container with my protein mix, throw one of these in and I'm ready to go.

Product seemed old it was not powder it was clumped together and the flavor was not right as I’ve had this product before.

Past expiry date which makes it hard and clumped together

When it is open all stuck regather. Feels dry and old. Comes out all in a lump
