Bad product we are suffering with their quality. We have been facing trouble with their door from long time and water is leaking always from front door and didn’t know how to contact their service center and where are they located

Worst Machine ever but Best Dancing Machine
We purchased a washing machine from amazon in the month of March this year, Ever since this machine is installed, it dances all around and despite getting the legs fixed thrice...all in vain. We tried calling your Dubai office number but no one answers. Worst experience ever.

IS not German product at all, well written (MADE IN CHINA).In spinning stage it creating a lot of noise and vibration.

I ordered as it mentions 100% drier
I got duped in believing this machine has a drier as the seller describes it but it doesn't as it is also mentioned underneath the machine product faster drying turbo no it doesn't
