توجد عيوب في الكمبيوتر لا انتصح بشراء هذا المنتج
المنتج فيه عيب حيث انه احد منافذ usb تالفة كذلك الغطاء السفلي ليس الأصلي للجهازوقد قمت بشراء المنتج مرة أخرى لصديق فكان لا يعمل تماما وبه عيب في الغطاء السفلي لا يمكن إحكامه تماما وذلك انه ليس الغطاء الأصليوانا أطالب بإرجاء الجهاز الى اليوم ولم استطيع رغم انني قدمت طلب الارجاع قبل انتهاء فترة الضمان ولكن لأسف كان التعامل مع خدمة العملاء سيء جدا . اصلت اكثر من اربع مرات من اجل ارجاع الجهاز والى الان لم تحل المشكلة للأسف .
