Lovely blocks for knee discomfort during yoga practise
I bought these to help ease knee discomfort when doing particular yoga moves. These blocks are very well made and are sturdy enough but at the same time provide cushioning. I purchased the grey colour and am very pleased with them.

Just right for yoga
Perfectly suitable for seated yoga activities keeping the knees below the pelvis. Really happy with the light grey colour as all the pinks and purples that yoga stuff usually comes in aren’t my cup of tea. This block is a perfect sturdiness and seems to be durable so far after a few weeks of frequent use.

Works well as a footrest booster if you're on the short side
Using as a platform to make the footplate higher on my basketball wheelchair. Looks fine as colour merges well. It's supportive and sturdy enough to withstand energised games of basketball and the size fits ok
