A few snags in assembly. A 6mm thread tap to clear the numerous burrs before inserting each screw. Don’t force them, the hex heads are weak and strip easily. Now for the good stuff. The holes aligned perfectly. The instructions were easy to follow. About 2 hours to assemble. No help needed bur the table top is a bit heavy. Rattan is well done. I expect many years of use from this beautiful and functional outdoor furniture set.

The set looks bigger than what it is. It is very sturdy and easy to put together said my handyman.The only complaint is the back cushions are very very thin..I replaced the stuffing with standard bed pillows and I am happy now with the comfort! the pillow fits perfectly The table could be longer.This is more of an intimate person set. We are average height and weight so this is perfect for us. priced fairly compared to other sets

A couple of the holes didn’t line up correctly and the screwhead stripped very easily. Was still able to set this up with a girl friend in about two hours. It’s absolutely beautiful and surprisingly very comfortable. The materials feel very durable. Hope I have this set for lots of years to come!

This patio set is a great buy! It is sturdy and well made. The only downfall is the cushions aren't that comfortable, but that's was a easy fix with additional throw pillows. I would recommend!

Update: 2 years later this set is falling apart. It's under a covered patio with no rain or sun ever on it. I went to take the covers off the cushions today to wash them from pollen and the material DISINTEGRATED right in my hand! Now I have NO cushions, every single one fell apart. Don't buy this!There wasn't a lot of reviews about this set and a lot of the reviews on other similar sets were enough to scare you into buying from a big box store instead. We decided to take the risk because an identical set in the store here was almost $400 more. We're confident in Amazon's return policy so we figured if anything was truly terrible we would be able to send it back or get a refund at least. I was scared. I was fully expecting boxes to come with broken pieces, missing hardware or not coming at all. We were pleasantly surprised. All four boxes arrived at the same time. Everything was pretty much well labeled. The hardware was there and nothing was damaged. Even though when the box came it did look like a couple of the edges were in pretty rough shape. Everything was packaged well. When we started putting it together I had reservations about the sturdiness. The wicker seemed very flexible but once we put everything together and set on it I didn't feel wobbly or insecure at all. We're not obese but we're not skinny either so under average weight it felt good.Make sure you measure because we didn't realize how big the set was until it was out in our lanai. Probably a little bigger than we wanted it to be but you just couldn't beat the price. I took one star off for the cushions, and it's really my only complaint. The cushions you sit on are thick and comfortable, but the cushions that go on the back are so thin when you lean back they deflate completely and you're against the back of the chair. I'm going to have to restuff them or buy new back cushions. That's the only disappointing part in this whole set.It took about 3 hours for my husband to put together. I helped a little.

The table had come with some cracks in it. I contacted the seller and within hours I got a response and the next day a new table was sent to me. The furniture looks good, worth the money for sure. Kudos to the seller, keep up the amazing work! I will recommend a better allen wrench. The ones provided wore quickly. The other recommendation is when building the chairs, do not wait until the last step to put in the second long screw. Screw it in earlier to make sure the holes are lined up properly.

The bolts cross thread a lot because the nuts are welded in crooked/sloppy. The back cushions absolutely suck. You will be replacing them. Table sucks because there is a small gap all the way around the perimeter, perfect for holding food crumbs forever. Gross !

The product is very nice and easy to assemble. The customer service is the best I had so far !
