Bought to replace a petrol mower to go green. So much easier to assemble and disassemble than my previous one plus it stands upright when not in use so takes up far less space in the garage. Also came with a plug so you don't even need to collect the clippings, just let them mulch into the lawn.I already owned a few Makita tools which is why I went for this make, I already had a battery but I bought a generic one which fits for much less than the Makita ones and it does the job OK.

This mower is a nice size and weight, is quiet and easy to handle, has lots of features that make it feel like a quality machine - and it does a good job of cutting the grass, and collecting the clippings or shredding and leaving them for mulch

Wir haben diesen kleinen Mäher as Ergänzung zum Mähroboter gekauft, um die Ecken, in die der naturgemäß nicht hinkommt sowie einige Stellen mit starkem Gefälle zu mähen.Dazu ist er super geeignet. Besonders zu bemerken ist das geringe Gewicht was insbesondere auf den Schrägen hilfreich ist. Die Leistung ist erstaunlich hoch, auch hohes Gras wird bewältigt. Der Akku reicht dicke für die Aufgabe (3 Ah). Überraschend ist der hohe Geräuschpegel für einen Elektromäher.Ein Punkt Abzug für folgende Schwachstelle: Klappt man den Bügel um und stellt den Mäher hochkant (+1 dafür), kann man trotzdem den Motor einschalten und das Messer dreht offen auf voller Leistung. Etwas gefährlich! Hier wäre ein schlichter Schalter an der Bügel-Aufhängung oder ein Neigungsrelais hilfreich gewesen um das generell zu unterbinden. -1 Punkt dafür.Wie die Stablität und Robustheit des GErätes insgesamt ist lässt sich nach einer Woche natürlich nicht bewerten, das Gerät ist bis auf wenige Teile vollständig aus Kunststoff.Trotzdem: klare Empfehlung für kleine Gärten oder unseren Zweck, insbesondere wenn man sowieso Maktia Akkus und Lader hat!
