Kicimpro Kitchen Faucet with Pull Down sparyer,Leak Proof, Matte Black

I bought the brushed nickel and was skeptical because of the price but thought I’d trust the good reviews. I am glad I did. It looks beautiful and it’s not cheap feeling even though it is not as heavy as the name brand ones — it’s nice quality though. Nobody would be able to tell that it’s not one of the expensive ones. Was easy to install as well. Very happy with the purchase.

This is a great product so far from a respecting company. Once received I found the product to be surprisingly sturdy, well finished and overall visually and functionally pleasing on how everything moved.The unfortunate part of the situation came where the faucet did not come with a baseplate. I emailed their customer service and received an immediate response that the baseplate was not included as "most purchases are for new installs". I understand cost savings in this regard but explained I was doing a replacement. The rep understood this and gave me the option of purchasing a plate from them off of amazon for a fast delivery and then contact them for reimbursement or have it shipped with a longer wait. I chose to have it shipped and received a tracking number the next day and had the plate 4 days later.I pulled my old faucet and cleaned the area. I then got the idea of teaching my boy (18 year old son) about simple home plumbing (may have a bit of me being lazy lol). My son was able to read the easy instructions and installed the faucet in under 20 minutes (would have been faster if I did it but hey, kids need to learn the basics).I have had more joy washing dishes and getting water this last couple days just because I can look a this new faucet and all its features that I never had before. Try it out, at this price and with their service you won't regret it!

Great quality !I have ordered some more affordable faucet options from other brands before, and was disappointed in the quality - Not with this one. This faucet was very easy to install and was manufactured with attention to detail. Very affordable, yet great quality. Would recommend !!!

UPDATE TO ORIGINAL REVIEW: After posting my original review of this product (below), the manufacturer contacted me and was eager to see what they could do to make things right. They offered to replace the original product or give me a refund. I asked if they had another model of faucet that would work better with my filtration system, but they did not. They gave me a refund in the form of an Amazon gift card. While this product was not a good match for my application, the product overall seems to be of good quality and came with flexible options for easy installation. Also, the manufacturer did come back to me and worked to resolve the situation the best they could. Therefore, I increased my star rating from 2 to 4.I bought this a while back, mainly because the style of it matched my new kitchen sink faucet, and because the price seemed reasonable. The listing states it can be used with "Reverse Osmosis and Water Filtration" systems. I have a water filtration system that worked perfectly with my old drinking water faucet, but a wanted a new one that matched the style and finish of my new sink and faucet. While it does match, the water flow is so strong that if you try to fill a cup or glass the water splashes out of it and all over the sink and counter. I contacted the manufacturer and, instead of being eager to help, they seemed to be skeptical about what I was reporting to them, and wanted me to take videos and send them to them. The overall tone of their response did not lead me to believe they truly wanted to help, but instead wanted me to jump through hoops before they would lift a finger to help. I was not impressed with their lack of interest in helping me with this problem. The only good thing I can say about this product is that it was fairly easy to install and came with a variety of adapters and options for installation.

The Kicimpro Water Filter Faucet is a great addition to my kitchen. Installation was simple, and the faucet feels solid and well made. The water tastes much cleaner and fresher after using the filter. I also like the smooth water flow and sleek design that looks nice with my sink setup. Overall, it’s a reliable and convenient faucet for everyday drinking water.

Good looking faucet we bought everything delta and i didn’t fine a black drinking water faucet so i ordered this one hoping for the best, it didn’t disappoint me looks amazing pressure is excellent super affordable easy to install

As a female I can say anyone with any know how with a wrench can install this faucet. I did have to get my husband to help first because we had a slight water leak under the sink by one of the turn valves so he had to replace that valve first before I could get started on replacing the faucet but it wasn’t too difficult going from a two handle faucet to this one. I did purchase a 10” chrome plate for it to nestle itself in though it wasn’t needed for some installs with only one hole but I have a 3 hole sink and I needed to cover the other 2 holes. Some people purchase the plugs/covers for the holes but I think the plate looks much more pleasant to the eye. I left my sprayer though I’m not using it only because I’m waiting on my under the sink water filtering system to arrive which will be installed and another small drinking water faucet will take its place which is also made by this manufacturer. If you have hard water like we do this DO NOT get the brushed nickel finish. Hard water will eat through it from the inside and you will eventually see green porous discoloration on the outside and every time you turn on your faucet you’d notice the outside of your faucet head will get water specks on it. That’s because water is seeping out. Get chrome or stainless steel if it’s offered. Those two hold up the best against hard water. Brass is even better and coated with whatever coat of your choosing after that is fine. Anywho, this faucet is phenomenal. The cost is very economical for those on a budget and yet it’s so sleek and modern. Hope it holds up and I’ll update my review if any issues arise.

Excellent and super easy to install, works like a charm and hopefully it lasts a long while.

The item is not made to fit to standard Saudi size. However , I have contacted customer support and they did everything possible to help untie the issue is resolved by sending proper connectors.The product is nice and quietly is prefect and the price was totally worth.

Product not compatible in UAE. Also, product does not come as advertised. No adapters included despite the description saying they are included. Seller refusing refund.
