I have been using these pills for years. You do not need to take three at once, only one, and perhaps a few hours later one more if you want weight loss. They really cut the appetite. I consider this product an over-the-counter diet pill that is healthy. I hope they never stop carrying it.

Bought to help me feel fuller. Same ingredient offered on tv ads for weight loss supplement. A lot cheaper. I eat oit a lot so helps me not overindulge and always bring home half my plate for a second meal later. Don't feel diet deprived, eat less and am very satisfied.

If you doubt it, just open up a cap & dump in a glass of water & look at what happens, exactly what supposed to happen!I took just one & felt full almost all day, but I haven't tried them again yet... But...These are awesome, I can't tell you if they helped me lose weight yet, because I'm on a different diet & don't want this to interfere. I prefer to try things one at a time so I know what works.
