Great way to keep an eye on your refrig/freezer so you don't lose expense frozen groceries.
Very happy with this purchase. With the optional wired probe to display, you can monitor 3 units. Do not tape to wall of your deep freezer or refrigerator-freezer, as probe will pick up defrost cycles, giving false alarms. Best method is to place probe in a small bottle with some glass beads, or even some dried beans will work, so probe does not react too fast. You can also use the software to extend the delay before alarm, which will be different for every unit. Graphing on App is very helpful to see how often defrosting cycles are. Setting up the software was very easy, following the provided instructions. As will all wireless devices, if the wireless units are too far away with multiple walls or floors blocking signals, reception can be affected. Be sure to place the sending unit outside the Frig/Freezer and on the side or top closest toward your display unit, for best reception.

These work great with all the necessary options for alerting, and GREAT customer support.
I bought the ST5 and the Hub. I did have a sensor fail at about 10 months (the other is still working without issue). I contacted support and had it replaced easily under warranty. The replacement was VERY fast. I've been very happy with these. The app lets you set ranges of temps for notfications, delays (as most units have a high/low cycle for temperature that is normal operation). These have been fantastic to monitor my additional freezer/fridge units, and their customer support is excellent.

Quality Product
I am impressed with the quality of this device. It seems really well built. Their website appears quite professional as well. The sensors and hub hooked right up. However, at times I felt that the setup process could have been a bit clearer. Their first line of customer support was not that good. For instance, I could not find a .pdf version of the user manual on their website. I was working by email on a separate issue. And I asked in two of those emails to please send me a .pdf version of the user manual. Neither time did they even so much as respond. But they followed up with someone else contacting me, asking if all my issues had been resolved. I explained about the .pdf and this person sent one to me right away.

Nice concept but you may run into a issue
Bought this temperature monitoring system for the freezer in the garage, what I love about it the easy install and syncing up the probes and hub. the concept and having the mindset that I'll be alerted on the temperature of the freezer is on point. The issue I'm having is it will be reading -11* F on the app and hub but all of sudden the temp will read up to like 25* and the system alarm will go off. Checking on the freezer the door display says temp is -10* so whats going on? then I'll wait and about 30 to 45 min later the hub and app will read a temp back in the negatives. I'm still tinkering with it maybe it's something on my end.

Notifies you when freezer temp gets too high
I admit I needed the help of my handyman to figure out the instructions. But the thermostat was easily installed and connected via bluetooth. The thermostat has worked very reliably and provides a push notice if the temperature ever gets too high. This gives me a lot of peace of mind.

Great working product
I was hesitant about buying this product after using one of another brand. I have been using this in a garage refrigerator/freezer for over 2 months now. I did have a problem with the sensors losing connection and contacted support. Stephanie at support told me a few things to try. Turns out that it was my fault as the sensors were too far away from the hub. I raised the sensors up higher and just a few feet closer to the hub. So far, this fixed the problem and they are working great. I can also see the temperature any time from my phone. I have not experienced any problem with temperature fluctuations like some others said after moving the sensors to get a better signal. Since learning more on how to arrange them, I have moved the hub inside the house so I can monitor the fridge about 50 ft away and working great. I would recommend this product.

Handles up to 30 sensors. Worth every penny
This product is amazing. At the moment I have 2 temperature sensors monitoring my deep freezers. I have 3 more on order!I'm also going to get 2 moisture sensors for my hot water heater and AC unit. Both are in the attic so potential for major damage high.

Easy to install and works great!
Very easy to install. The layout of the information on the dashboard is good. Everything seems to be working correctly. You just have to figure out the best place to put the probe in your freezer, but there’s plenty of options for that because the cord is very long.
