I've owned a cheap rice cooker before which ended up malfunctioning. Been cooking rice in a pressure cooker for the past year and finally decided to get a new dedicated rice cooker to save me some time, so I decided to pick this one up as it's a reputable brand and had good reviews. I was a bit apprehensive about the price, but took a gamble.It might be the best kitchen appliance I've ever owned, and I don't say that lightly.- Cooks rice literally perfectly. No charring or burning/browning (using the sticky option), super evenly cooked. You can add your rice and set it to cook, go run a marathon or forget about it all day, and when you come back your rice is perfectly hot, ready to eat, and not burned one bit. I feel pampered.- Haven't experimented too much with multicook but it did make daal just fine, as well as some stew. The re-heat feature is also pretty neat and you can toss in your old, cold rice or curries and it warms it all up ready to eat in 10 minutes.- It is so easy to clean. All the important parts detach and let you rinse them, so you can keep this looking brand new and tidy with ease. This might be my favourite thing about it honestly. The rice dish doesn't even need soap, just rinse with water and a soft sponge and wipe dry.- Aesthetically speaking, it looks really nice so it'll fit right into any kitchen and doesn't take up much space either.FYI, you do need a large high power plug point for this. I live alone and cook about 2-2.5 cups of rice everyday and this is perfect for me.

So have been using it for a year now I must say I am impressed! The look is very aesthetic. What I loved the most was the keeping warm feature but I felt if we add a little bit more water while keeping in this mode then rice won't dry out otherwise it tends to be go a little dry. Overall it's a very good option for rice cooker if one's budget permits.

Easy to clean, cooks to perfection. I can cook rice as well as vegetables. Quality product. Easy to use. Beautiful look. I just love it. Felt complicated initially, but as I explored its features, it has become the most used device in my kitchen. Thank you for making it.

While the brand and design is not to be questioned, this is not a 2L but 1.08L as per its booklet. The seller is either mis informed but making fool by labelling it 2L

Not recommended, high in price low in quality and capacity..can cook only for single person...spending almost rs6500...not at all recommended...don't buy.. highly recommend not to buy.

Slow cooking and takes almost double the time compared to regular other brand coolers. But cooks well! Initially, the build quality seems good and after using it for more than 6 months appearing cracks near vapour vent. The most worst part, don’t expect any warranty or support from company as they least respond and won’t be able to register your product in their site. I tried reaching over whatsapp and the responses will be just for sake and it won’t move an inch to resolve any of your issue and not even try to treat or recognise you as their customer. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this product unless you’re fancy about the shape and style of this cooker. Waste of money as I could have spent buying 2 or 3 new rice cookers of indian brands to serve the purpose for at least 5 years. I’m writing this review post using this product for 9 months.
