Is the back of the white one good if I put it in the center of a room? Does it have holes or is the finish as nice as the front?

The back of our Mina TV Stand (74103/White-Gold) is finished with white back panels. However, as this is a TV Stand, two of these panels do have holes in them to allow for accessible cable and wire management.
