Strong and Smart: A Boy's Guide to Building Healthy Emotions Paperback – June 14, 2022

This book is invaluable to a boy mom. As a mom to three boys I cannot express how life giving this is. Especially if you have read his books. My boys also loved and related to the workbook, and my husband too!

This is a fantastic tool to work through with young boys. I did this with three of my children and we all benefited from the skills taught and thr language used.

So many helpful ideas for boys (and adults!). Only negative for our little guy was he doesn't actually like dogs, so I had to skip over the dog analogies / references.

Awesome book! A must-read for anyone with kids!

I purchased this to use with my 11 and 12 year old sons. It was the perfect tool to go along side the book. The book has been so helpful and this helped put it into action with my boys.

My son and I did this workbook together. He liked how it has some illustrations and you don’t get bored when you’re going through it.

The media could not be loaded. I am thankful that this book is not overwhelming but straight forward and effective steps !My son struggles with big emotions and I haven’t known exactly how to help him through this because it honestly overwhelms me too so this book has been a wonderful guide to help us both know how to handle his emotions in a productive and loving way with a faith based view too !
