I am a mechanic and I have used this product on several 4.0 ford engines. I have never had any issues. If you are attempting this repair make sure you replace the center front double tooth camshaft sprocket bolt and the rear lower jack shaft bolt. both of these bolts are one time use. They can break if you try and reuse them. This is a time consuming job so that should tell you this is a good product since i have chosen to use it multiple times.

Works as designed

The media could not be loaded. I installed the new timing kit after I was done I drove the truck for five days and the main timing chain broke in half,now my engine isn’t any good bc it bent the valves and I had to pay a tow truck to get my truck back to my house I want my money back

I should’ve known better, bought these and installed them and they lasted less than 500 miles. I’m a Honda master tech and my buddy that helped me install is a ford sr tech. If incould give this a zero star I would. Just trying to help the next person by not buying these
