Item looks exactly as described and shown,it came with all parts nothing was missing or damaged. Didn't take me long to assemble by myself, fits right under my window exactly where I wanted it. Heavy and sturdy once assembled, seat padding is nice and easy to add on with the existing velcro sticky strips. Holds 12 pair of regular shoes, but the shelves can be adjusted if you have boots or high heels. Easy to clean/wipe off. Can recommend to buy and would definitely buy again.

Bought this to organize the shoes at the front door. It does that perfectly. All our shoes fit inside just fine. I assembled this myself (68 yr old female). I had a power screwdriver, but mostly didn't need it. All the pilot holes lined up exactly, the instructions were clear, and it only took about 2 hours of leisurely assembly time. This is not "fine furniture" but at a little over $100 I didn't expect that. Still, it looks nice, it's sturdy, and it does the job.

My bride and I wanted to clean up our walk-in closet. She found this unit and another one that holds 12 shoes. We received the item in. Timely manner and in excellent condition. All the parts and pieces were in the box and nicely labeled. The instructions were very clear and easy to understand. Assembly took about 30 minutes or so and the finished product is very stable and strong. I sat my 240 pound frame on it and deliberately tried to get the unit to show weakness. It did not! I particularly liked the construction, parts quality, and finish. One tip though. The instructions show for tools needed, a Phillips screwdriver and a drill. The screwdriver you need is a #2. For the drill I used a 1/4” 20v impact driver with a #2 Philips bit. Use the impact driver very gently and slowly and it will save you time. I used the screwdriver to merely finish tightening screws. Do not go full force on the impact driver as the hardware is not made to take that kind of abuse. All in all? Love the product, assembly is easy and straightforward, instructions are excellent and I would recommend this product!

Instructions were good. Everything fit together exactly as designed Not difficult to assemble at all. Not sure a large adult should sit on it but good for shoes and such. Smaller holes are really for women's or kids. Looks nice.

The size is just right for the wall by our door. There was no missing screws. It came with tools. It feels sturdy and I believe there are different colors as well. The cushion is adhered by VERY STICKY tape that they give you. It does organize our shoes to avoid tracking germs in the house. When moving on our tile floor, black marks come from the bottom but is easy to wipe up

The shoe storage bench went together easy and was above average sturdy for not being solid wood. It looks great too. I would definitely buy again with no hesitation.

The media could not be loaded.  The shoe benchs come in different sizes and Several different colors . The picture of my closet shows three of the 16 cubby benches . My shoes are a size 8 in women’s and there’s plenty of room for a bigger size in each cubby. There’s a really nice back that goes on each bench. And if you’re going to put them in an entryway there is a little cushion for the top as well. I ordered these on a Saturday and had them on Monday. The boxes are quite heavy, but I was able to put them together by myself. They’re very sturdy. Highly recommended

I gave this shoe bench 5 starts but it had only 1 small flaw. The dowels used are not made of hardwood and I easily broke 2 just moving the bench around during assembly. (Used my own dowels to complete)The bench is very sturdy. The seat cushion is Velcro’d on and has a zipper for removal and washing. The cushion is thin but this bench isn’t for relaxing.Assembly was easy - mind the instructions about keeping the holes at the back (for placing the backing on) and when you put the sides on make sure all the holes for the adjustable shelves are on the inside (oops).
