Ceramic Curling Iron, 3/4 Inch Barrel, Digital Temp Control, Fast Heat Up, 7 Adjustable Temperatures, 60 Min Auto Shut Off

My hair has always been long until I went through chemotherapy and lost it all; it has since been growing back, and I’m having to get used to styling it short, and some of my favorite hot tools just don’t work very well. So I purchased this curling iron but didn’t try it out until today. I stupidly looked at the included TWO gloves, set them aside (thinking about all the curling irons I’ve used over the years), and thus came about the only con about this product: IT GETS REALLY HOT, and I managed to burn myself more than once! But the curls were so amazing at 450 degrees and I was in a hurry to finish, so I just kept going and tried to be more careful. If you use it at any real heat at all, protect your hair with some form of hair protection product, and I have a mat that I use to protect my bathroom counter from any hot tool. Here are the things I love about this tool:1. It has a digital read-out and can be set for whatever temperature you want.2. It comes with the mentioned gloves that I didn’t use.3. It comes with two great clips that I loved to keep the curled hair separated from the uncurled hair.4. The barrel of this curling iron is super (extra) long! This allows you to curl pieces of hair in a ringlet style, and you can also put a little more hair on it thanks to the extra barrel space. Be careful, though, because all of that barrel is HOT! And I realized quickly that I needed to release the hair almost immediately after winding it up so my hair never got singed.5 I also like that the buttons are little and on the edge of the round plastic circle (around the digital face). I never once accidentally hit one while curling my hair as I have done with many other hot tools.This curling iron makes gorgeous curls!!! I am so very glad I purchased it!

I wasn’t sure about this curling iron but decided to give it a try and I am glad I did! Because the barrel is longer you can put more hair in the iron so the curls are tighter on the 3/4 inch width but not too tight since you get more hair overall. It puts waves in my hair that stay all day! The only down sides are the end gets hot so there is nowhere to put your fingers if you want to use both hands to curl with- they provide a glove but the reason I don’t like the wands are the gloves- lol! The other down side is the cord is long and not very flexible so at times it feels like I am being pulled down until I unplug the iron and untwist it all to get the cord straight again.

This was recommended by my hair stylist after she did a great job updating my hair style and I had no idea where to start to do it myself. I ordered it immediately and it only took a few days to get the look I wanted. I like the auto shutu off and the temperature settings on this iron and being able to lock in the setting once you find the right one for your hair. It's lightweight and the handle is small enough to fit your hand around with ease. It makes the curls look soft & natural and is a great price point! Give it a try!

I love the longer barrel but the size is way off! I ordered a 3/4” and it came in a 3/4” advertised packaging BUT the barrel is more like the 1/2”. I have long thick layered hair and this iron size is too small for the front of my hair which is shorter than the back, it comes out with tighter curls that are stuck to my head like back in the days when my Grandmother insisted on giving my Mom & Aunts that boxed home permanent kit that made those tight stuck to your head curls! However I do like the spiral effect it gives my hair in the back, the curls last a lot longer than if I’d used a 3/4” barrel. So it’s kind of a love/hate for me. I might try ordering another size like the 1” barrel…maybe it would be the size of the 3/4” barrel I wanted for the front of my hair. Iron heats up fast and is really hot on the highest setting of 420*. Another feature I don’t care for is the cord, it’s too short and although it appears to have the swivel kind so it doesn’t get all twisted up on you, it does get all twisted up pretty quickly! That’s frustrating when it takes me at least 45 minutes an hour to do my hair, it’s a long time to be fighting with a cord that kinks up!

I LOVE this curling iron! I’ve been using a pricey Hot Tools for years but the end eventually fell off all my previous ones, and the clamp down part is made much shorter than the actual barrel, which always annoyed me. This curling iron is long on both parts, which I love! It heats up fast and I like the digital read for the heat instead of the nob on the Hot Tools. Plus it’s half the price! I love it and highly recommend it 💕

Product arrived with missing and broken pieces. This must have been a return because a clip was broke and the piece that broke off was not in the PKG.
