Awesome Product
This product is a beast and can do many things. I bought this as a gift after doing major research. It's well worth the price and the customer support is awesome. The product community is an awesome resource as well. The community provides video support for project goals and tutorials.

Use sawgrass print manager to set saturation levels
I have had no issues with my printer ran quite a few test runs. The biggest mistake I think people make is not using the sawgrass print manager. So you can set the substrate that you plan to sublimate and get the correct saturation levels. This is a printer for people who are experienced and know how to trouble shoot to dial it in. I had no missing items and ink level was as described in the details

Very Vibrant Prints
I purchased this for my wife that has many years making things with her vinyl cutouts. This thing takes it to the next level. You can make professional grade items with its capabilities. The Ink is expensive but when you see the quantity it will blow you away!

Not working
I only used the machine to print two pictures and already says low on ink and I can’t turn it off unless I unplugged it and the screen doesn’t show anything not matter wat button I press

Easy to use
I had used sublimation ink in another printer, got white streaks on print. Got fed up! OMG this printer is the bomb!! Beautiful sublimation prints!! Highly recommended

Printer and Package Set are Great!
The printer and package set are exactly as the seller describes. Great printer for the type of projects I'm doing. The Seller is responsive and quick to address any possible issues - there weren't any issues. I just wasn't playing with a full set of marbles when I contacted them. FOUND IT!!

Quality for the price doesn’t match up
I was super excited to finally purchase a sublimation printer. I knew there would be a learning curve so I wanted to give it time before leaving a review. For the cost of this printer out of the package it felt very flimsy and poorly made. Plugging it in and getting started was pretty straight forward. However, that’s when the issues started. The print management software has very limited “space” so fitting several products on one sheet is a no-go. This results in a lot of wasted paper. When printing I selected the correct material and tried different print outputs such as photo quality, ultra fine, etc. HOWEVER, anything that needed to be sublimated black always turns out green! I researched and tried hotter temp, lower temp, longer press time, shorter press time and the outcome is the same, black simply will not sublimate black. Overall, I would NOT buy this printer. The one on one guide to setting it up requires a six-eight week wait time to get a slot with an associate. Not user friendly.

Great purchase!
I was hesitant making such an expensive purchase but knew if all goes well it would be a great investment. So far so good. Set up was absolutely easy. Looking forward to exploring more of what this machine can do! I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 for one reason only. The start up ink is just that enough to fill the machine to get it going. I had to immediately purchase more ink $$$ to continue to use the printer. That was a tad disappointing. Other than that I am very pleased with this purchase!
