warranty mentioned is 2 years but kaff technician insists it is 2 years on glass and 1 year on other parts.Helpline states warranty is 2 years but we jave to pay for technician visit charges and parts. What kind of a warranty is this!?

Iginition problem it's auto iginition. Burners are not working properly. I called the consumers care no so many times but their service is v poor till today no body came to solve my problem.
