I've been wearing this pendant every day for quite a while now, and it's been instrumental in helping me remember to take my afternoon medication. Without it I forget, or simply don't have my meds when I need them. I have it on a long chain that can tuck into my shirt easily if I don't want it to be seen, and it falls into my cleavage and sits in my bra. LOL! But often I also wear it out, and friends have mentioned that they like my necklace. When I tell them it holds my medication, they are always surprised. The quality is very good, and I don't think my image has suffered at all by its appeareance. And best of all...I now always remember my meds.

Bought this for a male friend. Looks just like the image online and the urn is so much larger than most I've seen, I find this a plus. Titanium material is lightweight and the chain is very nice and sturdy. My friend loves it!

Larger than expected

I put my heart medicine in it. It is light. Use a titanium chain and you will barely tell you are wearing anything at all. Titanium is half the weight of stainless steel, and it does not react with many other elements. It does not rust.

Surprisingly sturdy and looks great for the price. Wear it every day and keep some aspirin in it. Watertight and has not tarnished.
