These are very pretty and cover my hummingbird feeders well. Gives them a beautiful look. I also got an orange one for Orioles. Expensive but lovely and last year to year

This was easy to assemble. Note that it has a washer and adjustable bolt which allows it to be securely configured. The size, design, and color add flair...highly recommended. I know it is not cheap, but the added value justifies the higher price.

The first day I had it out, we had 8-14 mph winds, it unscrewed the bottom nut from catching wind, and was flailing all over wildly, my hummingbirds were having trouble getting to the feeders with so much sway and wobble.After asking how to prevent this and getting "you can't, move it" as an answer from the seller, which was far from helpful, I decided to do a physics experiment. I added a double hooked 500g lab weight under it, and super glued the threading just under the tightened nut. That seems to have fixed it! Last night we had 15mph wind with stronger gusts and it has very little sway. If you have stronger wind or light weight feeders you might want to try 100g weights.All in all, I bought these for hummingbird feeders to shade them in the afternoons so the nectar doesn't heat up and spoil so quickly. Since these particular feeders, while glass, are smallish, they're light enough weight to not counteract the wind sail affect from the cover. This is a pretty easy problem to solve with the right style weight, but I do wish bird feeder brands would consider making a weight like this so I didn't have to go hunting in lab supply listings.

Very sturdy & easy to use. The color (red) reflects ( like a prism) as the sun shines through. This shadow changes the color of the birds below or off to the shadow side. I moved to a feeder that was primarily shaded to avoid this red shade. If I was to purchase again, I would choose clear!

Have had one for years, wanted identical for 2nd feeder and not found locally. Very well packaged, exactly what was pictured, described, excellent construction. Definitely helps to keep feeders dry during rains without very strong winds.

I have about 5 of these now. I used to purchase the smaller dome style 10 inch baffles, to help cover the array of hummingbird feeders I have around my house. You name the feeder design, I have it.Even though all of my feeders are under the house eaves, wind and side rain can still play havoc on my feeders. These baffles are bigger at 13 inches, and the design of the baffles helps repels the rain that manages to get past the house eaves. Snow as well. They are pricey. Price has nearly doubled in the past year. I currently have about 7 feeders up, so it has been a slow process to replace the smaller baffles with these ones given the price. Well worth it though. The only thing they don't seem to repel are bears. Broke my newest baffle the other day. :( Think I need a taller house !

I bought this to cover my sunflower seed feeder and it seems to work. My only complaint - which I just discovered - is that if the wind is blowing the feeder around, the nut backs off which allows the hanger to attach itself to the plastic making it very difficult to remove the feeder to fill it. I solved this problem by repositioning the nut to where I wanted it then using some quick glue sealed it, hopefully, this will work but I'll keep an eye on it since I'm now aware of the problem. Otherwise it does pretty much protect the feeder but if you have a large tray feeder look for something else.

Not as advertised when purchased. Only 13 inches in diameter and not 16 inches. Much more expensive than other 3 purchased in different colours but was willing to pay the price because it was supposed to be a larger cover. Otherwise very satisfied with product except that it would have been better if wider.

Good product but was the only 1 of 4 purchased in different colours to have several very small manufacturing defects in the polycarbonate cover.

I absolutely love this weather guard. It's not only really attractive but it keeps the little hummingbirds dry during the rainy days and in the shade during the sunny ones. Would 100% recommend it.

Would have liked a wider version as well.
