Q: How do the wings attach?

I believe it’s like backpack straps, I tried looking back at photos but it was also from 2014 when I wore the costume. I do remember adding purple duct tape to connect the front piece(bought separately) and wings.

Q: Do the wings have lights?

No. They are cheap inflatable material, like a beach ball.
