The last time my pull broke I just went down to the warehouse 3 miles away and they gave me one. This time the manager there told me it's no longer under private ownership and is now managed by corporate. This meant I had to call the customer service number but the part would ship from that warehouse.When I called the number they said it wouldn't come from that warehouse but somewhere halfway across the country and would cost $16 to ship my "free" replacement part. Having enough of the nonsense, I went on amazon and found I could get two plastic pulls for less or two of these metal ones that should never break for about the same as their shipping cost.After installing the metal pull it feels way nicer and actually seems easier to pull than the plastic one. It works as smooth as butter.

The old plastic handles on our love seat were really cheap and had to be replaced 2 times within 5 years of purchase. When a handle broke for the 3rd time, and our furniture store had recently closed, my husband researched and found these. Thank goodness they came in a pack of two because within a week of replacing one, the other one broke again. These are a much more durable handle than the plastic ones and pull up very easily.

The images provided are exact. I replace some old plastic ones that were falling apart with these metal ones. They are super sturdy and strong. The throw, the amount the handle moves, did not move far enough to release the lock for the footrest. I modified the connection so it wood take up more slack in the wire and it worked perfectly.

Nothing much to say ... we had to replace one of the recliner latches on our Lazy Boy recliner couch. This was the second time and hopefully last time as these are metal. Lazy Boy uses plastic which will fail inevitably. We decided to replace the other latch just in case ...

I purchase few other handles before that were made out of plastic and they kept breaking. Finally decided to order this more expensive heavy duty handle. Apparently this is made out of metal, which should make it last forever, not like the original or replacement plastic parts. If this would have been called metal handle i would have purchased it originally and I would have not wasted my money on the other plastic cheap replacements. I ordered 2 extra since I know that the other plastic once that I have will break soon.
