Delivers on Its Promises.
I have a low-light setup in my office with a window to my right and a dim overhead light. My old 1080p Logitech camera always made me look like I was in a cave, no matter how much I adjusted the settings. The Lumina camera is a big improvement. The automatic lighting and color balancing work well, but the color card calibration really takes it to the next level and performs better than I expected in poor lighting. The software is easy to use, and by default, it runs at 720p with AI effects, which keeps CPU usage low. While running, it uses about 6% of my CPU and 3% of my GPU. You can customize lighting, coloring, framing, and even adjust the resolution for DSLR-like quality if you want.Overall, I’m really happy with my purchase and am recommending it to my remote work colleagues.

Outstanding Webcam: Lumina Delivers Superior Quality and Performance
I've been using the Lumina webcam for a few weeks now, and I couldn't be more impressed with its performance. As someone who frequently attends virtual meetings and creates video content, having a high-quality webcam is essential, and Lumina has exceeded my expectations. The image clarity is outstanding, even in low light conditions. The colors are vibrant and true-to-life, making my videos look professional without the need for additional lighting. The autofocus is quick and accurate, ensuring that I'm always in sharp focus, which is a game-changer for my presentations and recordings.Setting up the Lumina was a breeze. The plug-and-play functionality meant I was up and running in no time, and the software provided is intuitive and easy to use. I also appreciate the sleek, compact design which fits perfectly on my monitor without being obtrusive. One of the standout features for me is the AI-powered adjustments. The Lumina automatically optimizes the image based on the environment, so I don't have to constantly fiddle with settings. This has saved me a lot of time and hassle, especially during back-to-back meetings.Overall, the Lumina webcam is an excellent investment for anyone looking to enhance their video quality for professional or personal use. The performance, ease of use, and advanced features make it a top-notch choice. I highly recommend it!

Replaced my DSLR! Works for bald heads!
I Love my Lumina webcam so much that I just bought a second one so I can have one at home and one in the office.I bought my first Lumina as part of their early release before their IndiGoGo campaign. I've used it for a year now and can say that it's been great to see their MIT software engineers move fast and push improvements. They're friendly, responsive, and quick to address feedback. The AI is great and has only gotten better. Finally software that doesn't cut off part of my bald head! Other webcams were so horrible for the follicly challenged that many of us don't use blur at all. From day one, the Lumina AI has been heads and shoulders above the rest--and they keep improving.I originally bought one and successfully replaced my DLSR setup. I took my setup seriously because I wanted to look credible when I pitched investors, enterprise customers, and government contracts. I had set up a Sony alpha DSLR with a 55 - 200mm Sony lens. I set up the camera on a tripod across the room so I could get a true Boken effect. For sound I used a Yeti Blue microphone. It gave a professional impression, but the entire system was cumbersome overkill. The Sony DSLR camera wasn't designed as a webcam and was slow. The drivers were clunky. I was always tripping over the cables on the floor. And worst of all, it was hard to make eye contact with the DSLR camera so I set up the tripod in front of a 86-inch tv. The camera blocked some of the screen but it gave people I was meeting with the impression that I was looking directly at them. All of that to say that I took my setup seriously.Remarkably, no one could tell a difference when I switched out my complicated DSLR and microphone system for the Lumina! One tiny little box replaced my DLSR, cables running across the room to a tripod in front of a largescreen tv. The image processing rivals my DSLR setup and the zoom feature is vastly superior to the built-in Macbook Pro camera because Lumina lets me zoom and frame my background. Now I can't live without features like the "Cameraman", where it frames me and tracks me as I move. When I went back to the office, I installed my Lumina on my monitor at work. It solves a frustrating problem with hybrid work: I use it in my office when we have multiple people physically present in the same room who want to be on a Zoom or Meet call with people working remotely. The microphone is good enough to pick up people who want to chime in from the other side of the office.Even though the camera has a small footprint and is easily portable when I travel, I prefer to have a dedicated setup at work. I bought this as my second Lumina so I can keep one at home instead of remembering to pack the camera on days when I need to take calls out of the office.Worked great on my Intel Macbook and works even better when I upgrade to an M1 Macbook Pro.
