100% awesome no matter how its measured
I don't typically write reviews of products but I must make an exception. It was aesthetically beautiful supported by high quality but the thing that set it apart is I made a mistake installing it and this company went beyond what would be expected to rectify the situation. Patients, great communication and understanding what I needed was the foundation for the exceptional customer service I received!!!

Works terrific and looks elegant
I scrutinized every brushed gold shower system out there, and really pleased with this soft champagne (not yellow) finish. We are 3 months after install and it works great. Great pressure on the hand shower too.

Beautiful and works great!
We remodeled our bathroom and our contractor said that everyone loves this particular faucet fixture. We bought it, he installed it, and we love it!!

Very nice quality but
Everything works great and looks good. The biggest complaints I have and it kills me ever time I take a shower is that the valve is not straight. The Bubble level that's built in was not accurate and caused the valve and trim to be a little crooked. If you do get this kit make sure you use your own level and do not rely on the pre installed bubble

Looks great - been installed for a few months
The media could not be loaded. Absolutely beautiful and at a great price without looking cheap. Coloring is perfect, no complaints from the plumbers on install (they complained about just about everything else though lol). 10/10, thinking about buying another set for my 2nd bathroom!

Great Customer Service
Really fantastic customer service. I have two situations I can comment on. First, during our remodel, one of the guys accidentally damaged the showerhead that came with this package. I contacted the manufacturer happy to pay for a new one, but instead they I believe i sent me one for free. That was very nice of them. Then I ran into a second issue, where a miscommunication between my plumber and my tile installer, caused the valve body to be installed too far into the wall. It's made it impossible to properly connect the trim kit to the valve body. Again I contacted customer service because some manufacturers will sell an extension kit to solve this problem (not all have them and if they didn't the fix would be breaking in trough the exterior stucco wall behind the valve and making a costly repair). According to the manufacturer, there is an extension kit available, and they are going send me one for free. Once again, I can't say enough how kind that is the manufacturer. It was also great that they contacted me so quickly, I believe it was just 24 hours after sending my email asking about a extension kit. So in each case really outstanding customer service.
