I think I works, my hair density is improved alot but I am doing alot of things for it. Let me tell you1. I eat multiple dry fruits including pumpkin seeds.2. Sometimes I use rosemary essential oil.3. I use DHT blocking shampoo provided by Man matters4. I eat Ozivia DHT natural blocker capsules (1/day) (Now I reduced eating it, but at starting I ate one everyday)5. I eat Saw palmetto capsules by Trexgenics (2/day) (Now I reduced eating it, but at starting I ate one everyday)6. Jogging.

Afters nearly 6-7 months of use, I have observed that it reduces hairfall to some extent. But it does not grow any new hair. Just using it for the sake of convincing my mind that I am doing something for my hair. 😅 Not very effective.

It's been 13-15months since I first start using this product. Stop searching the internet for hair remedies. Nothing works but this. I would recommend using it along with the Man matters Shampoo and Hair Gummies. Super product all three.
