Will this work with the pi 400?

It should. I'm using it with raspberry pi 4 without any issues. Video connection is full size HDMI connector on the back of the display, and there is a micro usb connection for power & touchscreen function.

What are the dimensions of the screen? I see the dimensions of the package instead

Hello , the width is about 164.84 mm,the height is 97.14 mm .And there are different components,so the thickness is different in different parts.

Can you remove the stand offs or will the screen pull apart after?

I dont have osd on mine. can you not adjust brightness? seems so dim.

If it's the same one I have, there is a series of buttons along one edge, on the backside. One button is the menu that will allow for all the screen adjustments. The buttons are labeled.
