Everytime I get a new lense I attach one of these. Great for lense protection from sand, accidentally scratches etc. I find these are affordable and produce minimal to no sun glare, which often happens in cheaper lens protection, definitely recommend

Good Filter for the Price
I pulled the trigger on this filter because it seemed like a nice in between from the $10 filters and the ridiculously expensive filters. I wanted to purchase a UV filter simply for lens protection. A lot of the lenses I use are fairly expensive, and it seems silly to walk around with them unprotected. While I was slightly worried at first that a filter in this price range might degrade some of the image quality with nicer lenses, it's "clear" that it actually enhances it quite a lot. I saw no degradation in sharpness, but colors are a lot better with this filter on, and I can rest easy knowing that my lenses are protected from scratches and debris. They also feel well-built, sleek, and low-profile. They have been usable with the manufactures' lens caps and hoods thus far.I can't give it 5 starts, though, because when stacking other K&F filters on top of this one, they seem to get stuck. I'm not sure if it's the female threads on this filter or the male threads on the filters I'm attempting to stack on top, but it's almost as if they get cross-threaded when you try to separate them (not when you put them on). This makes the filter system slightly less convenient to use overall.

Good quality, but some incompatibility with bayonet mount lens hoods.
I've purchased a few of these, and for the most part they are good to go with no issues mounting to most lenses that have a bayonet mount for their lens hoods. In some instances though, the overall diameter of the filter prevents the hoods from mounting. I have had this problem so far with Zeiss M-Mount, Voigtlander M-Mount, and Minolta AF lenses. With the Minolta, I can screw the filter on after putting on the hood, but with the Zeiss and Voigtlander, with the hood on, the filter cannot be mounted at all. I ended up buying B&W filters for those.
