I was hesitant to buy this at first but now I’m convinced this is a smart purchase, and I’ll never buy they expensive ink again. I was nervous about changing out the chip by myself as I’m not a tech savvy person, but they make it so easy by including all of the necessary tools plus step by step instructions and even an online video. Thank you for saving me tons of money as we print a lot of documents every day!!

I've been using this brand of toner for more than a year, and am constantly astounded by the quality it yields. Unlike other non-OEM manufacturers, these cartridges are reliable and produce crisp, legible results. Often, with other manufacturers' products, it's a guessing game as to whether the cartridge will leak or result in smudged or sub-par print outs, but I've never had an issue like that with these cartridges, nor have I had to contact the manufacturer for support.The included tools for transferring the pesky HP chips are very good quality, and eliminate the need to dig through my tool drawer to find appropriate pliers and/or spudgers to pry the chip out of the old cartridge, particularly if it's an OEM cartridge, which usually has some sort of adhesive on the back of the chip. For the manufacturer to include such detailed instructions and quality tools with each purchase is an amazing bargain! I highly recommend this product, both for convenience AND affordability!

I purchase toner for our office. We have been through many suppliers and brands. I have been hooked on this one!!! Now the chip being in it is just even more incentive to not waste your money anywhere else. Seriously, these things last forever and it’s worth it.

I would have liked to include a photo of the products as received, but the cartridges were installed before I had a chance to pick up my mobile. Very good product and I love the price. We are a small office with a tight budget so it was a relief to find these replacements at such an affordable price.

This is not about the product. This is my second time ordering from this seller. Which I might add sells a wonderful product, great price, excellent value. Amazon delivery sucks. Customer service reads from a book and only knows how to say sorry. No problem solving at all. Cannot get packages delivered during business hours.

The cartridges work as expected the quality and sharpness is good and still in use after hundreds of prints.

Easy to install and excellent customer services. One of the toners had an issue, and I emailed the buyer. They send me a replacement within a few days. The printing quality is the same as OEM toner cartridge printing qualify. Worthily of purchase

Da der Preis günstig war nahm ich das Doppelpack vom Toner, doch war das dann so, dass beide gelieferten Toner nicht in den Drucker passten. Am Gehäuse beider Toner war etwas anders, sodass sie nicht zu verwenden waren.Ich hatte so etwas noch nie erlebt - beide Toner müssen zurückgeschickt werden, weil sie nicht passen, obwohl wie gesagt beschrieben ist, dass sie zum Drucker passen würden.Nun kann ich sagen: außer Arbeit nichts bekommen...RücksendungSchade um die verschwendete Zeit!

Der Preis für das Doppelpack Toner war schon gut, leider nützt es einem nichts wenn diese durch falsches Gehäuse nicht eingesetzt und genutzt werden können.Sorry, dann bleibe ich lieber bei meinem alten Lieferanten, obwohl dort der Toner doppelt so teuer ist, dafür passt er aber und funktioniert absolut tadellos, ich habe keine Zeit zum experimentieren.

I don't know what happened. It printed 40 pages and ran out. The second cartridge was empty!!!! I slightly feel like we got scammed....

Hatte etwas Angst ob sie schmieren, so wie ich es bei anderen Kartuschen hatte, funktionieren aber tadellos

Patronen werden problemlos von meinem Hp Drucker erkannt.Druckqualität ist bis jetzt einwandfrei.Also klarer Kauf.
