Super easy to install. Took me about 1 hour 30 minutes from start to finish. These are bright and do not have that faided look to them. So much better being blue now as I had white ones before this and they put off light but it was super bright. These are the right amount of bright and really easy on the eyes. Now we use the backyard as the hangout spot and have these connected to sensors so they turn on when it gets dark and turn off in the morning. I highly recommend these as it worked perfect for me. You will fall in love. Now the people we have come over want to get a set.

I have purchased 2 sets and they keep burning out. We will now look to replace them with something else.

This is the second product we have bought from SMY lighting and not disappointed. Shipping was quick and the price is amazing compared to other similar products and the quality is definitely there. If you can't hardwire the product you can buy a transformer and wiring for a reasonable cost. The lights look amazing in our retaining wall. If we purchase any additional outdoor lighting SMY will be the preferred brand we look for.

Just installed these lights for my planters. I was using solar lights at first but they just did not cut it as they would be pretty much dead within a hour after sun being down so I chose to buy these. I was pretty surprised how bright they were for only 2.5w per light but they added great ambience for my snake plants. I also like how you can swivel/tilt them to to create how much ambience/lighting you want, I chose to face them straight up to add more lighting to my deck for the evenings. Very happy with this purchase. I also use SMY Deck lights for my stairs as well as you can in the images. Very happy with SMY products, I plan to buy more of the hardscape lights to install around the perimeter of my deck to complete my lighting setup.

Very well built but in my case I had to trim the stainless steel and had a difficult time getting it cut. It would of been a good idea to have two wires coming from each end to link Them easier

I used these lights as accent lighting around my koi pond. I was shocked at the exorbitant pricing of underwater landscape lights, so I decided instead to use these cap lights around the perimeter of the pond (above water), because of the unique swivel functionality that they have. This allowed me to point them into the water and toward our waterfalls. Excellent lights, unbeatable price.

Have now had several of these units fail after less than a year deployed outside in all weather conditions. Water definitely penetrates the devices and shorts the electronics. Looking into different products to replace it with now.

After about 8 months of use 3 of 4 lights burned out. These lights are rated for 40,000 hours. I have to say I am very disappointed.

I used them for stair lighting. Cut a slot in a short piece of 2" x 4" to hold the metal bracket. Wood piece can then be attached as required to ensure good coverage. When winter rolls around the lights can be removed from the slot and stored so they don't get damaged. Provides perfect lighting for midnight swims after a hot summer day. They allows even senior citizens to use the stairs and walkway to the pool safely with the multiple LEDs providing a diffuse glow so that the ambiance isn't destroyed.

We bought these lights and installed in a masonry retaining wall. Electrician came to wire and connect them and 2 of the 8 would not light up. 1 of the 8 was dimmer than the others. Such a huge disappointment. We had the electrician check them over multiple times to make sure it wasn’t a wiring error but they said it must be faulty fixtures. Now we need 3 more to replace them but would have to buy a 4 pack and hope all goes well. Nervous to go ahead with buying more of these.

It worked well with my walls and the lighting is perfect
