Q: What is the difference between the Bluetooth option and the Tuya option?

No 100% sure....I purchased the Tuya version and got a Bluetooth one sent. If your looking for to control this via WiFi or remotely when out and about ...this will not do it. Only via Bluetooth If you want to set timers and control it by wifi or 4G you need a gateway hub but its a pain to find one compatible with this

Q: which and where is the additional gateway product?

Don’t bother Iv tried two different gateways and it won’t connect to this device

Q: Does it only support to control via the App?

App control is just a way to control.Press the UP/DOWN button on the motor itself to control without using App.

Q: How to reset the blind motor?

Press the down button and the power button at the same time for 3 seconds, the blue indicator light flashes three times quickly, the module reset is complete.
