Poor quality
Looks like a lump of soil....no leaf , no signs of life....no resemblance to the image shown

Good bulb started growing after 10 days .
Totally satisfied with the quality. Now i have 4 leaves in my plant . Probably will have to have to one month more for flowers

Good tuber
Good as described. Last year leaves came out and planted in pond, pond leaked. This year it leafed again and maybe will flower

Not worth it
The supplier says its ore grown bulbs...I received a small bulb on 18th sept I guess and today is 30 th sept..Not a sungle leaf nor anyrhing have sprouted up.Very bad packing too

White Colour Lily
After a protracted waiting period of almost one year, the plant germinated and delivered the first flower...but to my shock... white in colour!!I am happy that in the end got something... though not as expected.

Bulb is good but service is not good it takes 3 weeks to deliever
Water lily bulb is good but for bulb this price is too much and please solve your delivery speed I get delivery after 3 weeks

Oneof the three appears to be dead
We ordered 3 waterlilies. One appears to be dead. I will have planted all three and will give the plant that appears to be dead a chance to prove me wrong before asking for a replacement.

Likely dead on arrival
Followed directions, placed in shallow portion of pond to rehydrate and grow. Item was very dry on arrival. Gave plenty of time to assess if it was going to grow, weeks. Nothing. Retrieved from pond and root is clearly rotten.

Raw rizome root like every other seller for twice the price in fancy packaging.

Never grew
I placed this in my koi pond and absolutely nothing happened. When I checked the netting only small rocks were left inside.

I have in the past, purchased Water Pond accessories from Chalily Water in the Garden and just recently purchased live aquatic water lily plants. Although I strongly recommend their products, it is their approach to customer service and customer satisfaction that really stand out.I suspect with a business like theirs, word of mouth and customer referrals are critical to their growth and success. I can tell you that, based on my experience, they truly get it. It's refreshing to buy from a business that really cares about your total satisfaction and those at Chalily really do! I highly recommend them!
