Highly priced and quality poor. Not strong enough as even while cutting leaves the scissor goes apart as it is not storng. No value for money.

While these Herb Scissors slice through green onions and herbs like a weed eater going to town in deep scrub. The Herb Stripping Tool is a bonus to remove the small leaves like Rosemary and Thyme from the thick stems without getting chaotic. There's a plastic cover for the blade edge on the Stripping Tool which protects their fingers from getting cut by the blade. However, it should be checked to remain on as it tends to slip off right after washing in a sink and doesn't lock like it original did.

I’m returning it. It’s very difficult to cut wet herbs, and herbs bought in supermarkets are usually very damp from the spraying. For me, it’s easier, quicker, and less of a hassle just to chop it with an old-fashioned knife on an old-fashioned cutting board. Save your money!

They were easy to use and cut my green onions to the size of 1/8". The only problem I had was cleaning it. You are supplied with a comb like tool that works well enough, I just wish the scissors separated into two parts like most kitchen scissors do.

I use a lot of fresh herbs and am saving considerable time now with the scissors. The herb stripper is a bit more hit or miss b/c the stripping holes sometimes wind up not working well and one clearly needs more experience to work them practically. The scissors are best used while the separated herbs are lying in a pile on a flat service... easier than holding some leaves and cutting around your fingers. Cleaning implement for the scissors is awesome!

I like the scissors. I dropped the round metal stripper on my tile floor as I was taking it out of the box and a piece of the green plastic broke off - still useable but... I want to keep all four pieces in the box since I won’t use this everyday but it’s a tight fit.
