I'm an older guitarist who has been having trouble playing in recent years. Took this for one year before I figured out it was the cause of constant diarrhea, stomach cramps and not being unable to hold the diarrhea in. Also caused a bacterial infection. Did not do what it was supposed to do. Shrink my prostate and stop frequent urination. Went to doctor after I let loose in my pants while driving the second time. Stopped taking, all was fine. BEWARE!
