South Shore Reevo Nightstand with Cord Catcher, Black Onyx

I would not recommend buying this product even for the affordable price. After spending roughly two and half hours putting it together, I stood it up to get ready to move it to it's new location in my office. The back left piece of plywood immediately broke into multiple pieces just from standing! Not only that, the front piece completely broke off as well. The instructions for that piece were to hammer in piece of plastic to piece P and then use your fist to get the piece into place. No joke. Instruction number 9.2.You can get similar priced items that aren't pieces of junk and I would recommend you continue your search for something that won't fall apart after you build it.

These are quite sturdy and nice nightstands. I bought two for my bedroom.The good:Fairly easy to assembleTop open section good for booksMiddle drawer good for charging electronics and has a little wire guide (doesn't always keep the wire in place)Bottom drawer large and spaciousSturdyThe not so good:1. The bottom kick-plate install is done by wedging it into place with some plastic pieces (hard to describe). Because of this, on one of the two nightstands I couldn't get the kickplate to sit flush with the bottom drawer.2. The shipping was good but one of my side pieces came slightly damaged due to possibly being dropped. Packaging was OK but the corners should be protected more. It was a back corner for me so I didn't bother calling to have it replaced.3. The little wire guide in the top drawer for charging wires is a nice touch, but for a USB or Lightning cable, it has zero mechanism to keep the wire from just sliding out behind the drawer when you opened it. A slightly snug catch for it would've been a nice touch. I got some cheap wire cable organizer things off Amazon that hold them in place (a 6 pack for about $6) for the drawer to hold my wire in place when I open the drawer.All in all, these are great nightstands for the price.

Looked great in the photo and had the pass through for plugging in devices so I took the chance on this. "Easy" to put together. The issue is not a very well made for staying together. Materials super cheap and flimsy even beyond what I already expected. Directions were okay and didn't have a problem following them. The item came with one of the drawer guides bent without any apparent reason for this. No damage to the box or inside. I went ahead and kept the item and put it together because I don't get into the bottom drawer much, but extremely difficult to open and hard on the furniture because of the bent guide. It's clear that this will make this item wear out / fall apart even sooner because of the use needed to open the drawer. Not really worth the money. For something this (lack) of quality I would expect to pay something around $50 instead of over $90. Would have been a great design if the quality was better. I like the general look of it but glad no one sees it but me because the materials are clearly low end. Most annoying was the bent drawer guide.

I was a little hesitant buying furniture online but I was over going to all the stores in town and being overwhelmed by the variety and underwhelmed by what you got with the price. I opted to check out Amazon because you know...Amazon... ANYwho - I took a chance, hoping the boxes weren't crushed in shipping like some of the other reviewers experienced. I'm glad I did. The boxes arrived in great condition with no issues whatsoever. The assembly was quite easy (but I love putting things together so I wasn't stressed). I love the color and I love the hardware style. No, it's not solid wood. But it states that in the product description. But overall, for the price, I am very pleased with it. We've had it for a few months now and it seems to be holding up just fine.The only thing I would change in the design is the lack of backing of the top drawer. If you close the drawer normally and have anything that rolls (like my chapstick), inevitably it ends up in the lower drawer. Minor inconvenience (I know, I know, first world problems) so really no big deal.

Very nice looking night stand for under $100. If you've any experience at all putting together IKEA furniture, you will have no problem with this. The instructions can be somewhat lacking but if you take the time to separate all the pieces and put all the little screws, bolts and other tiny pieces in little organized piles and take the time to read and reread before tightening anything, you will find the process fairly easy. (Measure twice-cut once). I ordered this for the cord-management feature and I love it for that. That drawer is perfect for charging my phone, kindle and e-cig battery. I can close the drawer when I go to sleep and not only not have to see the charging lights but also don't have to look at the plethora of extension cords all over the place. There is a nice little slot just under the top of the desk, I've put a nice fabric covered organizer in there that I can pull out if I need my hand cream or lip balm. The lower drawer is a good size. The drawers pull out smoothly and close without gaps. The finish is smooth and appears durable. It's a solid piece of furniture. You can't beat the price.

I love this furniture. I bought two of them. Although I had an issue ordering it from amazon. Twice I ordered this item and twice Fedex said they delivered it when they didn’t. Eventually, Amazon kindly refunded my money and gave me a $20 voucher for inconvenience. Eventually, I purchased the same pieces from Home Depot, but one panel was damaged. The manufacturer was very gracious about replacing the damaged piece. A month after I originally placed the order I built the nightstands sitting in my bedroom. I love them, especially the wire organizer on the top drawer that houses my iPhone, iPad and laptop. It’s a beautiful piece of furniture. It was worth the hassle.

Bought 2 of these as nightstands along with the 6 drawer chest & headboard..Same colour (soft gray).Very sturdy construction and easy assembly.Has a feature that I won't need (cord catchers for laptops) but has a deep bottom drawer and a slide out top shelf.A nice feature is that the drawer slides are curved downwards on the ends so they stay closed and not slightly open South Shore also includes little rubber pads to eliminate the noise of wood against wood when you close the drawer, smart thinking!..Pretty good value for the money...

For the price it’s a decent side table. Assembly is fairly easy but doing it with someone else makes the process faster. Directions a clear though it quite easily to have a side facing the wrong way. The pull out tray works but I feel like it’s going to come off soon, needs tightening. Daughter happy with it.

The design is pretty good, but don't expect the highest quality on the materials used. The average quality is acceptable for the price. Nice unit. I would have preferred two drawers rather than a pullout shelf and a drawer, but it’s OK. Nice finish.

Can't store too much in it (wish it was just one big drawer but oh well), but it helps put an office space together and slides nicely under a wide open desk.
