Please tell me how the add-a-link can be added to an existing collar.

You bend the collar at the joint between two links, bending in so the "teeth" come closer and then twist it to unclip the connections. This is the answer sonia.g gave below, and I tried it and it worked fairly easily

How many links come in 1 order of extras?

Only 3 It is a far wiser move to purchase an extra collar.

How many links are in large collar?

There are eight collar links plus two end links in the large collar. The Add-A-Link package comes with three links.

i got the add a link but have a small collar.. will this fit that?

The small Add-A-Link fits the small collar, and the large Add-A-Link fits the large collar.
