If you're an athlete, you need these
I work out 2-3x per week, ride my bike ~70 mi a week, run another 10-20 mi a week and getting older means a LOT more prep / stretching / post workout care. Whenever my legs feel like crap I hop into these for 1 hour while I read and I feel so so much better, morale improves and I'm interested in working out the next day.

Not Worth It
Don’t feel any different after using it. You feel better stretching and foam rolling. Not much customization as the app is pretty much useless as you need to manually confirm the connection between your phone and the device and most of the time it doesn’t connect.

Love the product mad at what I paid
I like this product but bought mine for $1299.00 and now it is hundreds cheaper and saw it at Costco for $499 - I feel very ripped off.

Large is large!
I’m 6’1” and the boots were 3” too long. Switched to the medium!

Excellent air bags, full leg compression and durable air pump system
Impressive air compression massage system! I've tried several leg massage systems that are just bulky and hard to get on and off using huge hook-n-loop fasteners which made them less that appealing to use. But these whole leg massage boots are excellent!! Amazingly compact! These are way larger than any other set of leg massagers I've tried, and have a large air compressor/controller base unit, and it still came in a compact box that was way smaller than all the other leg massagers I've tried. Blew my mind how compact this large set is!Love the seamless construction of the entire leg boot! And they use zippers, not hook-n-loop (velcro) to fasten then on. So these feel more like pants than leg wraps. And you don't have to struggle to get the velcro at just the right tightness to fit your leg, calves and feet. Love how simple these are to put on and take off!! And way more comfortable than the velcro type massagers.I am 5'11" and ordered the size Medium. I probably could have gone with the size small, but didn't want them to be too tight (won't work correctly if they are too tight) and/or too short, which most items usually are too short for me - like standard pants and shirt sleeves, so I usually buy Talls. These fit very long and very loose. I was worried they wouldn't be able to compress properly as I can fit my arm in them along with my leg. But no worry, the air pump is more than adequate to inflate these boots! It has a sensor that tells the system just how much pressure it being applied to your legs - and in fact you can adjust that pressure prior to starting the unit. Start low!! I started at 20 mmHg which is very low and it was just right, any more would have been too much to start with. Your body will need to adjust to this type of treatment and you do need to be in good health - no major heart issues as this does apply pressure to your blood flow system! The air bags overlap, so no pressure loss in gaps between air bags (or gaps in the device), so you get a true gradient of pressure from toe to hip.The controller unit and battery pack comes with some pre set modes that you can select, and you can modify each of these, or select custom to do your own settings. In custom setting you can set up a 'pre-treat' mode that flushes your lymph glands if you need that treatment as well. It is a bit complicated to learn all the settings and what treatment does what. Takes time to read through the instruction manual, which is a little confusing, but you just walk through the steps and try out each setting and you will get the hang of how to set up the system, and it does have an off button and will deflate when turned off (you can always unzip the leggings if you need to escape). Like I said, start on a low mmHg setting until you know what you (and your heart) can handle. Once you learn the system then it's easy to operate and easy to put on, take off and put away. I do wish for the price, that a storage bag was included to help make putting this away quicker. I currently use a cotton pillow case as a storage bag, to keep them dust free and easy to grab. You can use one boot (and a plug is supplied to use on the air pump to close off the one side). It can be battery operated, so is portable and can be used just about anywhere, that you are able to sit with your legs up and stretched out.The boots are easy to wipe down, inside and out, as they are seamless, and even around the zipper is nice and smooth and easy to wipe. There is a side pouch with a full length zipper that contains all the air tubes that go to each air bladder, so this channel keeps all those air tubes in a super neat and protected case that blends very well into the body of the leg boots.Competitively priced for the quality within this type of full leg, zipped, air compression therapy system. May seem expensive, but compared to other low priced units - these just don't compare. The cheap units work to apply massage, but not in the same manner as this system or on the same level of compression and ability to control compression and know what mmHg level you are applying to your legs. This system is not just a simple air massage system, but a complete therapy system that does more than just massage your legs.
