I bought this to help with my insomnia after I remembered that Hulda Clark’s liver cleanse involves taking four L-Ornithine capsules before bed to help you sleep as the liver stones make it through the tiny ducts. I have tried just about everything else, including Ambien, Melatonin, Hydroxizine, etc., and so far so good, as I have experienced genuine sleepiness. It is nice to read of the other listed benefits of this liver enzyme that I was not aware of.

I purchased these for the HGH stimulating aspect, but as others have mentioned it does help you sleep. The first night I took them, I slept great, through the night. I normally don't have any problems sleeping, but I noticed it was a deeper sleep. The pills aren't big, they have no odors and are very easy to take. No adverse side affects.

The “1500 mg per serving” should tip you off that you should look closer! I just started taking it, so I really can’t say if it’s helping me sleep yet. But it’s misleading advertising to sell it this way!!

This was my 2nd order of your product. I take the recommended 3 capsules with water every morning before going to the gym and have noticed that I can lift heavier weights and do more reps! Thanks for a great product!
