A very good kitchen knife at a great price - well worth a look!
This knife has been wonderful. Sharp from the box, good balance, durable & feels good in the hand. I plan to buy another soon, wish they had a 6" model. I'd get that too. Highly recommended if you need to do lots of cutting. The blade is east to touch up, holds an edge well. Excellent value for the money!

Awesome knife!
This knife is one of the best ive used! The weight is great, the handle is very comfortable and it feels good in the hand. Extremely sharp out if the box and feels very durable. Highly recommend for the price😊

High Quality and Sharp
Great little knife. High quality, good weight and feel and...it's sharp. Perfect especially for that price. I cook a lot and use it just about every day.

Sharp, attractive & unnecessary handle curve
Good knife except the curve at end of handle hits small finger in a “This sort of bugs me” sort of way. Feels unnecessary; in the way.

Sharp Chef's Knife
The product is amazing: Sharp and it feels nice in the hand.However, it took a while to receive it. We ordered it on July 1 and did not receive it until July 28.

An order of magnitude improvement in my kitchen knives. A great buy!
I bought this knife to replace what was once a very expensive slicing knife made of high carbon steel. This new knife is on the order of magnitude sharper and easier to care for than the old knife plus the MUCH larger handle makes using it far easier. At this price point this is an outstanding buy and a perfect addition to my kitchen knives.

The other reviews were correct.
I don't mind the weight (thickness of the steel). That's fine, it feels substantial. The handle is a little top-heavy, but I can live with that. But, the back corner of the blade does stick out considerably and I cut myself on it the very first day. I have to remember to hold the knife far forward and keep my thumb in front of the sharp corner. You will regret not doing so. The net result is that I don't use the knife, a waste of $10.00.I have an update on my old review. I used a grinding wheel attachment of my dremel tool to grind off and smooth the rear sharp corner of the knife. The result is a very strong utility knife that comes in handy cutting heavy items, like a large wheel of hard cheese. It works great and I haven't cut myself since doing it.
