The model is a 110v. A 220v in this model will need to be special ordered.

Does the ironing board come with a cover?

yes it comes with nice wide padded cover! you will love it!

On the main page/description, it shows 220V while someone (kindly) responded he plugged it in the USA, which is all 110V... I am very confused?
