Defective ceramic dispenser
We were delighted that this arrived so quickly following Amazon Prime day to replace our now empty Great Day wash from Neom. However; unfortunately it appears that the ceramic dispenser is defective as when we try to attach the cap, the cap sits at a jaunty angle rather than flush with the ceramic. I have tried as has my wife - but it does not want to sit flush or screw on properly. We do not want to try and force the lid on so may we’ll return our new purchase because of this issue.
