I got the order. I like the iron. But the material at the heel of the iron is quite delicate because it didn't survive shipping.The material on the heel came broken. I hadn't noticed it until I saw a blue piece in the packaging from the iron and on further inspection, I noticed a piece hanging off of the iron.Now that I have asked to replace the iron. At first, the app showed me that a new order of the iron will come on the 22ndth of March which isn't a reasonable amount of time if you ask me.After I had placed the refund, I got a message saying that it will arrive on the 18th of April.The Amazon experience ruined the experience of the quality product.

For the price the quality is super and it can be used for any basic iron usage

We can’t set temperatures as per clothes because nothing mentioned on temperature settings.

It's very good base on price.Strong steam and high temperature, but I think if you pay little more you will get better product quality in other brands.
