Q: 2 questions, Can i put heavy weight lifting equipment on these? And is it non slip on carpet? I plan to put a multi gym on it, don't want it to move

I'd say yes to both. I currently have it on carpet, and it definitely does not move or slip. Although I do not have a multigym on it, I have a 100kg treadmill, a rower plus a weights bench, just to gauge an idea (I bought 2). No issues.

Q: Will the mat stick to carpet too? I bought another brand and it keeps moving when doing yoga, whilst mat is on carpet.
